Mosaic Concert

A celebration of Temple Music Prep’s 50th Anniversary! This Free concert is a mosaic of the various brightly colored pieces representing the various genres, students, and projects that define Temple Music Prep.

Featured performers will include individual students, members of the dance department, and ensembles from the Community Music Scholars Program & Center for Gifted Young Musicians including orchestras, harps and jazz.

The finale of the Mosaic concert is a stirring new composition by renowned composer and Temple University faculty member Jan Krzywicki, written in honor of the 50th anniversary of Temple Music Prep, Fête for String Orchestra. This premiere will be performed by the Center for Gifted Young Musicians’ Youth Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Aaron Picht.
