Join us on May 21, 2026 at the American Philosophical Society’s Benjamin Franklin Hall for our annual Spring Celebration!

Each spring, we present a festive evening of food, wine and fun with friends as we announce the winners of major awards given by the Musical Fund Society, including the Lifetime Achievement Award, which recognizes an individual whose work represents a significant contribution to the rich cultural life and vibrant musical community in the city of Philadelphia.

This year, we’re thrilled to present the award to pianist, educator and new music champion Linda Reichert. We’ll also introduce the exciting winners of our 2026 Jazz and Classical Career Advancement Awards, recognizing emerging young performing artists of exceptional talent and promise. To cap off the evening, we’ll hear a special performance of a new work by Jan Krzywicki, featuring Micheal Barnes (percussion) and Charles Abramovic (piano).
